The Amirsoy Resort mountain resort is located on 900 hectares in one of the most beautiful and picturesque locations, on the spurs of the Chatkal Range in the western Tien Shan Mountains, just 65 kilometers from Tashkent. The resort meets international standards of quality, comfort, and safety. It is managed by a management team from Andorra.
During the winter season, skiers and snowboarders have access to 11 slopes of varying difficulty levels, totaling over 15 kilometers in length, with the number and length of trails increasing each year. Currently, the resort offers 48 alpine-style chalets, a spa complex, and four restaurants serving national and European cuisine.

In the morning, we'll take a helicopter ride to the high-mountain lakes of Urungach. The name means "jade," and as you might guess, the lakes got their name from the deep, vibrant color of their water. This hard-to-reach landmark, which we'll reach in comfort, enjoying the views from a bird's-eye view.

After a stroll by the lakes, we'll fly to Pulatkhan Mesa, a mysterious plateau shrouded in legend. From here, a breathtaking panoramic view of the mountain ranges opens up. We'll then have lunch at the all-season Amirsoy mountain resort and head to the Physics-Sun Research Institute, where you'll see the unique Large Solar Furnace, which uses the sun's rays to smelt metal.

Getting to know the local cuisine is a must-do on any program, but what if you try making Samarkand flatbreads yourself using the traditional recipe? You'll attend a master class where you'll learn all the secrets of this famous pastry. Legend has it that the Khan of Bukhara ordered the most experienced Samarkand flatbread makers to be brought to him, but they couldn't make the flatbreads in Bukhara—even with the same flour and in the same tandoor. "It's probably all in the air," the Khan concluded.

After the master class, you'll visit the Ulugbek Observatory and the European part of the city. Lunch break, followed by Registan Square with its triad of madrassas. You've probably seen this easily recognizable square in many photographs! Today we'll also visit the Bibi-Khanym Mosque, admire its murals and carved marble, and once again delve into the country's history and learn the main secret of Tamerlane's beloved wife.

Once again, we'll travel in a comfortable business-class carriage on the high-speed Afrosiyób train. We'll cover the 250 km from Samarkand to Bukhara in less than two hours. After dropping off our luggage at the hotel, we'll head to a picturesque teahouse for lunch. On the menu is Bukhara's dietary pilaf, which is in no way inferior in flavor to the traditional meat dish.
In Bukhara, we'll visit the Lyabi-Khauz complex, an architectural ensemble by a picturesque pond in the city center. Then we'll take a stroll through the Jewish quarters and see artisan workshops. If you'd like, you can try your hand at craftsmanship. The tour includes a visit to a famous blacksmith's shop, where the same family has been working for seven generations.
The active program will conclude at the Poi Kalon architectural complex, another icon of Uzbekistan, with a majestic minaret column, two madrassas, and a mosque.

Back at the hotel, you can relax and then attend a folklore show to further immerse yourself in the atmosphere of this fairytale city.

Just 46 kilometers from Bukhara lies Gijduvan, a city of master ceramicists whose craft dates back six generations. Their exquisite and easily recognizable works are purchased by dignitaries, celebrities, and top politicians. The most famous pottery family in Gijduvan is the Narzullaev family. The founder of this talented dynasty created his own unique style and passed on his secrets to his descendants. At the Narzullaev Ceramics Center, you can not only purchase their pieces but also attend a master class where you can create your own dish or jug ​​under the careful guidance of a trainer. Children are also welcome to participate in the master class.

Here we'll also sample the famous Gijduvan shashlik, prepared by a family of artisans. Then we'll return to Bukhara, whose sights, of course, were impossible to explore in one day. We'll admire the massive walls of the ancient Ark citadel and climb to the observation deck, which offers a magnificent view of the city.
